Spring Edition...

At the close of 2007 Robert-James Sales, Inc. lost an integral part of its executive team. William Barto (Bill) retired after 34 dedicated years of service at Robert-James Sales. Around Robert-James Bill was often referred to as the hyphen between Robert and James. Bill retired as the Executive Vice President but his vast knowledge and experience grew from the many hats that he wore during his years of service. Bill was hired February 20th, 1973 as an Outside Salesman, moving quickly up the ranks. He must have made quite an impression because in 1976 he was promoted to Branch Manager for the Cleveland location. After several years of successful management, Bill returned to Buffalo to join the corporate management team as well as a member of the Board of Directors.
