Robert-James Sales' Ball Valves are made from type 316 stainless steel. Inside surfaces are polished to a 20 Ra mechanical finish. Finer finishes are available. Reinformce Teflon® body cavity fillers fill the void in the valve body not normally found in ball valves. Ball valves are of full port design which assures an unobstructed flow and higher Cv ratings. The swing-out center section allows for easy in-line servicing. Locking handles are a standard feature.

The Flow Coefficient (Cv) is defined as the flow rate of air (SCFM) with an inlet pressure of 1 psig. The values given in the tables are based on actual lab tests.
